Influence of Organizational Behavior In today’s business world, every business incorporates employees and every employee has their own motivational values. A successful and efficient manager understands the relationship between job satisfaction, motivation and performance and has developed a strategy to enhance each one of these organizational performances. These factors can determine the success or failure of an individual, as well as an organization as a whole. Managers must increase their employee satisfaction by sustaining a fair work environment, motivate employees by offering opportunities for career advancement, and enhance performance of employees by implementing a satisfying reward system. â€Å"Employees with higher job satisfaction: believe that the organization will be satisfying in the long run care about the quality of their work are more committed to the organization have higher retention rates, and are more productive†(Management Consulting: organization behavior, statistical relationship, organization behavior 2015).
